Flawless Inspection and Traceability at Every Stage of Production
Every steel component carrying the Stallcons signature goes through demanding testing and inspection processes before being shipped to site. Our Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) system, built in accordance with international standards, consists of the following stages:
- Incoming Quality Control (Material Acceptance): Checking certificates of compliance (MTC 3.1) and geometric tolerances of all steel profiles, plates and consumables entering our facility against international standards such as EN and ASTM.
- Visual and Dimensional Control: Verifying full project compliance during cutting, drilling and fit-up stages, including weld preparation and assembly details through precise measurements.
- Welding Quality and WPS/WPQR Management: Ensuring all welding operations are performed by certified welders in accordance with approved welding procedure specifications (WPS / WPQR).
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Verifying the structural integrity of welded joints through Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), Penetrant (PT) and Visual (VT) tests carried out by our own experts or independent third-party organizations.
- Surface Protection and Paint Quality Control: Measuring and reporting blasting quality (Sa 2.5 standard) and wet/dry film thicknesses (DFT) at micron level while tracking environmental conditions.
- Assembly and Torque Control: Inspecting site connections, bolt torque values and structural axes for compliance with assembly standards.
