Quality Starts at the Drawing Board, Not at Delivery
Before work begins, we review the technical specification, acceptance criteria, and required turnover documents. Measurement, testing, and verification steps from material receipt through site erection are defined in the project inspection plan.
Welding procedures, material documentation, traceability, and examination requirements are evaluated separately for each project. Independent inspection providers are coordinated when the contract calls for third-party testing or review.
Our Quality Approach
Project Standards and Acceptance Criteria
Design and fabrication standards, execution classes, and acceptance criteria are established from the client specification and contract documents, then incorporated into the inspection plan.
Welding Documentation
Welding procedures, personnel qualifications, and inspection records are reviewed to the extent required by the project. Missing items and additional verification needs are identified before fabrication.
Material Traceability
Material documents and heat number records are checked according to the traceability level required by the project specification and linked to the applicable turnover documentation.
Non-Destructive Testing
VT, UT, MT, PT, or RT methods are planned only where required by the project specification and its acceptance criteria. Independent providers can be coordinated when third-party examination is required.
